Using expert knowledge of the occupational market of our highly experienced High Street and Shopping Centre team, the firm gives Investment Agency advice to drive performance from client's assets.

Advice on acquisitions to build investment portfolios is given using our experience in High Street to provide long term quality income whilst minimising the risk to clients.

Geographically we act throughout England and Wales on acquisitions, disposals and site assembly acting for varied clients including institutions, public property companies, developers, retailers and private investors.

The two investment directors have over 40 years experience between them and have witnessed both strong and poor markets. Both have worked for a property company and therefore can draw on that experience from a client perspective. We provide a "hands on" service throughout a transaction, and regularly continue to be involved on asset management following a purchase.
